My wife and I bought a 2017 Ford Expedition Limited, and Gordy was friendly and knowledgeable. We are eligible for Ford Corporate Employee Pricing (A-Z plan) and under that plan we get set pricing. I'm always concerned that Ford dealers may try to be deceptive regarding my trade-in value or financing because they know they can't negotiate pricing. This didn't happen at Plaza, They really stepped up and gave me a fair price for my Chevy Tahoe and The Sales Manager Hue Hanley was very aggressive with ensuring we got a good finance program which enabled us to get our monthly payment exactly where we needed to be. My wife really liked the Chevy Tahoe but it was a year old and had been in the shop 6 times in 6 months for warranty repairs. When Dealing with our local Chevy dealer we felt they were being very cryptic and dishonest with their pricing, trade value, and financing offers. Gordy and Hue were the exact opposite, they presented me with several different vehicle options, they were open and honest with pricing, trade value and financing. Gordy even sat down with me and showed me the current incentives, programs and pricing. I never even got a price from the other Dealer. Because of Gordy and Hue we've abandoned Chevy and returned to the Blue Oval and couldn't be happier. Thanks again guys!!! Bryan Ford More

6 month old Fiesta overheated 8 times 3 trips to shop We have a Ford F150 and love it! We have a 6 month 2016 Fiesta that has overheated 6-8 times, lost power on 2 different occasions going through the B We have a Ford F150 and love it! We have a 6 month 2016 Fiesta that has overheated 6-8 times, lost power on 2 different occasions going through the Baltimore tunnel. Third time was most dangerous, no warning in fast lane with semi behind and one beside. He barely made it off road on dangerous curve of road waiting to cool down (extremely dangerous), then drove off to see if drivable and it over heated again within a mile or 2! This whole last ordeal was a 6 hour event by the time it was towed back to Plaza. It is a miracle nothing worse happened. We know we have a lemon, and this whole experience is unacceptable! First fix new thermostat, car over heated very next day. 2nd fix, new coolant canister, lasted a week or 2, third fix a new hose! Who knows how long this will last This is a guessing game with every one scratching their head while we have to wait and worry about the next overheating incident at the expense of my husbands safety and the other unsuspecting drivers on the road. We bought a brand new car for safety and reliability, and it is neither! We have bought 7 brand new cars in our 20 years of marriage and not one of those cars have ever failed us. We shouldn't have to wait for a 4th breakdown on the Lemon law! We have been with out our car for 9-10 days in the the last month. Our service person was very nice and everyone has given extra care, but it is not a settling feeling knowing you have a brand new car that may break down leaving you stranded and in danger along with risking others on the road who are unsuspecting and not safe behind it or around it. Very unsettling.... We want to be done with this nightmare car! More
