Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Complaint I feel we paid too much for the car but that was our problem we should have looked around more. I feel they should have put new tires on the car beca I feel we paid too much for the car but that was our problem we should have looked around more. I feel they should have put new tires on the car because of the mileage of 38,000 and the age of the car. I suggest the dealer should go over all the numbers on the purchase and not just put it in front of you and ask you to sign it. Also was told the interest rate was 5 percent and it was 5,89.
