About our needs and The Cadillac which would fit on needs and budget because he worked very hard with the sales manager Tony to fit the new XT5 I think both Evan and Tony again all did a great job helping us to choose our vehicle I would recommend this dealership to all my Friends and family More

I have bought several cars from Plaza Cadillac and have neve r been disappointed. Everyone on their team is pleasant and friendly. My salesman, Lynn Sparks, has been wonderful before and after the sale. I can't r been disappointed. Everyone on their team is pleasant and friendly. My salesman, Lynn Sparks, has been wonderful before and after the sale. I can't say enough good about him and the help he has given me in learning the features of my car. I have been so pleased with the service department as well. Everyone in this department treats their customers with dignity and respect. I always feel like I'm among family when I take my car there for service. I would not trust the care of my car to anyone else but them. The manager, Greg Yager, is obviously doing something right to have such a fantastic team who works together so well. More
Let me say that I usually have complaints or issues to report on with regard to car purchases and dealerships. Well this is a fresh change. The story actually begins almost 4 yrs ago. I had a 2003 Cadi report on with regard to car purchases and dealerships. Well this is a fresh change. The story actually begins almost 4 yrs ago. I had a 2003 Cadillac SRX that I loved, but we wanted to replace the car. It was at the start of the new car models for 2009. I was all over the place with the type of new car I was looking for. I drove my partner crazy since I love to drive and test out new cars before making a final decision. Our requirements - needed to be comfortable, car would be the highway cruiser as well as city car so needed storage like the SRX, wanted a full size 2nd bench and not captain chairs as most SUVs have/had since we put the dog's travel crate in the back seat and she would be extra happy, wanted to consider a hybrid but we didn't put on that many miles so the price of gas and MPG was not a major factor. SO the cars and dealerships I test drove ranged from BMW X5 to Porsche Cayenne to GMC Yukons and Buick Enclaves - you get the picture. I wanted to stay with GM as most of my cars have been, and Cadillac as I've been very happy with the engineering, service and love OnStar. The SRX had been purchased in Miami and we know lived up in north/central Florida - the car had been serviced when we moved up this way for 3 yrs at another dealership which I don't want to mention. Anyway, the Cadillac dealership that I knew and some others didn't have the new CTS Wagon and the SRX to test drive - but Plaza Cadillac did. I phoned and spoke with Tony Pagano back then and told him that we wanted to come and test drive to see what we thought of the cars - he stated no problem just let me know when and I'll have the cars ready. Okay - shorten the story - bottom line we went with the new 2009 GMC Yukon Hybrid for a lot of personal reasons. NONE of them had to do with any negatives about Tony or Plaza Cadillac. I called him - as I do other car sales staff so they know what we've decided and not to have them waste their time chasing me down. Tony was extremely professional and courteous. He stated best of luck with the new GMC and let me know if I can be of any help in the future. Okay now to 6 months ago - I know I wanted to wait before I did a review since I wanted to "break the car in" first and see my interactions with the rest of the dealership staff (all have been extremely positive - only they are 1 hrs away from me each way - but I do it since they are worth it). SO my partner decided to sell his BMW convertible that I had bought him as a birthday present - and said he didn't want a new car. I was floored since (a) he had never driven my GMC Yukon once and (b) he never thought he could drive a large SUV-type vehicle. Well he did and liked it - but being a one-car family now - he wanted to go back to the Cadillac for a number of reasons. Mainly the GMY Yukon Hybrid had been great - but it's a bit too "utility" type without the power lift-gate, full power seats, no position "1" or "2" memory settings, etc. SO he was getting fed up with manually having to re-adjust everything when we changed drivers. SO off we went for a new car. My first question was - sedan or SUV. So we drove the new Cadillac XTS - not bad. Then we drove the GMC Denali Hybrid and the regular Cadillac Escalade. In the mean time we also drove other vehicles - Mercedes and BMW (his choices not mine). After debating the pros and cons - it was decided we wanted to stay with an SUV and a Hybrid. Next step was trying to find a 2013 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid and one that wasn't black. The white diamond was fine with me - but partner didn't think he wanted "white". That was until I drove into a GMC dealership to show him the White Diamond Denali - that's when he saw it wasn't "white" but a beautiful pearl. Three other dealerships were all wanting to order one - which was our option. THEN low and behold who gets a brand new 2013 Cadillac Escalade Hybrid White Diamond right off the truck - Plaza Cadillac. I phoned Tony and we met up and drive it along with non-hybrids just to compare. The trade-in on my car and the deal was done in a very short amount of time. It sort of went like this; (Kevin was with us as Tony was with a previous new car pick-up at the time but we don't hold it against him) "Write down what the out-the-door price is you want to write a check for plus your card to buy the Escalade". Well I did - and guess what - 5 mins later the sales manager had signed off and we had a new car. Fast forward - I've taken the car to the dealership for one issue - lost a front wheel cover which the dealership replaced right away at no cost. And I brought the car for the first service (no-cost from Cadillac) and all was great and dealers was prompt. So it worked out that from how I was first treated by Plaza Cadillac and Tony even though I didn't purchase the car the first time I went back. AND the deal was done so easy- after I went to three other Cadillac dealerships who were a joke. Joke for why are you giving me less than 50% of what my pristine GMC Yukon with less than 20,000 miles on it than what the whole-sale value is; why are you not taking anything off the list price for either the XTS or Escalade? I know dealerships are selling cars and don't have to "deal" - but when you're getting lied to and the deal is slanted to one side - then I walk. I felt that I was treat well and the deal was fair on both their side and ours. Hope this helps with folks selection of a dealership. I highly recommend Plaza Cadillac and Tony and Kevin. More
