Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. He also took me through sat with me in my new car and went over ever inch of instructions to make sure I understood. Mark Allen Finance Manager was very detailed and very patient in explaining the financing end of the deal. All service personnel are always right on in servicing the customer. We have leased two SRX's in the last 6 years and had great service and will continue to deal with Plaza Cadillac. More
