Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.

CADILLAC PREMIUM CARE SERVICE Service representative Steve was courteous and efficient. Car wash function was a bit slow, but understand that function may have been understaffed. Only disappointing factor was customer waiting room, which does not meet standards of a premium automobile dealership. Note: throughout our year of Cadillac ownership the Plaza Cadillac web site does not function properly with the CHROME browser; i.e. site will not function when attempting to select model, year etc. on the drop down menus. Web site does function when utilizing the Firefox browser. Hope the foregoing is helpful. A model of Cadillac quality waiting room might be Massey Cadillac in Orlando, FL. More

Great People Who Provide Excellent Customer Service Brought my 2010 CTS in for tire inspection since back tires sometime spin on wet or dry roads. Inspection showed that tires are made of harder rubber Brought my 2010 CTS in for tire inspection since back tires sometime spin on wet or dry roads. Inspection showed that tires are made of harder rubber than Michelin’s (CTS standard tires) & the CTS’ powerful engine can occasionally spin the tires under hard acceleration. Harry Ackary gave me the price & specs on Michelin’s but said if I drive safely & accelerate smoothly the tires on my CTS should last a long time. We bought this car from our Son & he bought the tires 3 years ago with longevity in mind. More
