Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Way too long and no Saturday car wash again! First appointment of the day and it took over one and a half hours for an oil change, cabin and car filter changeout and multi-point inspection. Added to this was once again no car wash available that was a selling point. Funny how the filters needed replacing one month after the warranty ran out! Only positive point was a very professional service staff at the desk. More
