Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Why do they list prices in the local paper but then tell you that price is $3000. below what they want for the vehicle. They said to read the fine print. Which is VERY FINE. Also, this dealership doesn’t live up to a Cadillac dealership. Pretty run down and not very clean. Had an apt for 9am to have 4 tires put on, they didn’t start on it for an hour. Took about 2 1/2 hours. When we bought the vehicle Mark mentioned all the things the dealer does including a loaner but when we asked for one we couldn’t get one because we didn’t buy a Cadillac.
