Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. My girlfriend Lynne has a 2017 XT5 that she purchased from Plaza Cadillac. Lynne P. had new tires installed by a Cadillac dealer in New Jersey. We made an appointment to have the tires rotated and look from Plaza Cadillac. Lynne P. had new tires installed by a Cadillac dealer in New Jersey. We made an appointment to have the tires rotated and look at an issue with a noise in the front drivers seat. We dropped car off,they took it back into the shop and it sat in the air with the hood open for 2 1/2 hours, After a couple what asking what is taking so long the car was brought out and was told it was finished. However when I looked at the car I noticed the tires had not been rotated ( I marked one of them before dropping off ) After informing the service person he called the service department and they told him they forgot to do it. They came and got the car and took in and rotated, (20 minutes) So 3 1/2 hours to get tires rotated you would think you would get a call the next day and say. We are sorry we messed up, and this was a once in a lifetime mistake. Nope nothing. So if you take your into Plaza for some service there is a chance it was not done. I was a Mechanic for many years you do not forget to do the one task on this Vehicle. Be aware. Looking to buy a newer Cadillac, not going to happen at this dealer. More
