Have been shopping to replace a car coming off lease, came in to look at an Eos David showed me a car in stock, i gave him all the information he needed along with what i wanted to spend, he called me ba came in to look at an Eos David showed me a car in stock, i gave him all the information he needed along with what i wanted to spend, he called me back that evening and left a voicemail saying that it would be no problem, that he would be in at 12 PM in order to make a deal. I came in the very next day as he requested to find out he was not there, the manager turned me over to another salesman and they gave me a completely different price which was not even close to what i was told. I would never shop at this dealership again. More

The best experience ever buying a new car. I felt like I was with my best friend looking for a car. Doc is a genuine person who has the customers best interest in mind. All of the folks that I dealt with al was with my best friend looking for a car. Doc is a genuine person who has the customers best interest in mind. All of the folks that I dealt with always greeted me with a smile and anything I can do for you. Bottom line, any one who would ask me where they should go look for a car, the answer would be go to Paltinum and ask for DOC !!! More

I don't even know where to begin in regard to this dealership!! My Mom and I walked into Premium to look at pre-owned Jetta's. We were greeted by Doc.. What an AMAZING MAN!!! He looked into what the dealership had to offer based on what he thought would be to my liking, as well as my wants. He showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for!! My credit I must add is not the best and DOC and the Finance Director Bill Q found a great rate that was still within my budget!!! I am on my way to rebuilding my credit. Love That!! :) The Delivery Coordinator Jim Fry explained everything and made sure I knew everything before I pulled off the lot..another GEM!! and LOOOOVE MY 2010 JETTA 12k miles GOT TO love that!! Josh (who I think may be the owner,) and Bill in the business office also assisted us. Everyone was a pleasure and easy to deal with. Doreen is excellent! She put up with me for hours. There were other people we dealt with during the purchasing process and they were all great I am just bad with names. Great deals on both. The new car had transport scratches and dents on it. Doreen called us BEFORE we went to examine it. We deemed it to be unacceptable and were told to pick the color of our choice and they would get it for us at no extra cost. It was there the next day! If there is any feature we don't know how to use its because someone wasn't listening. Everything was gone over in the car in detail, I never had that done before. I hate the process of buying cars and I hate salespeople. Okay I still hate the process but I loved Doreen and the group at Platinum! They really did make it easier and much more pleasant and I was happy with the deals. More

Unlike the other car dealerships i went to, the Josh/Krista did not enforce the usual salesman tactics that saw Platinum VW's postings @ www.car.com. Three months ago I purchased another vehicle from a different dealer. To make a long story short it was a horrible experience. I thought that was typical for buying a used car. No extra key, car was delivered to me dirty etc. What a suprise and pleasant experiece I had trading in a used vehicle and purchasing a used Volkswagen Passat at Platinum Volkswagen. The staff were amazingly helpful and supportive and professional. All the paperwork and financial transactons were completed in less than 24 hours.
