I recently purchased a 2010 Volkswagen CC from the great guys at Platinum. I've been to about 3 other dealerships before coming to them, and I was so turned off by how deceptive these other sales places wer guys at Platinum. From the very beginning, the salesmen at Platinum made me feel like family. Particularly Glenn Phillips, who had the car I was interested in detailed, cleaned and waiting for me to test drive. His friendliness, knowledge of the car and willingness to work with my budget just sealed the deal even further. I didn't ever at all feel uncomfortable or pressured to make an unfair deal..
