Great experience! My lease was ending on my SUV,and I was looking for something smaller than what I had. There were many options to go with, the Tiguan being one of them. We had found a used Tiguan on CarFax, but it was at a different dealership, and it was owned by a previous smoker. My husband found another one at Platinum Volkswagon, and called. He was helped by a very nice woman, and asked her if she could run outside & smell the interior of the car. She did so without question! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, by Krista Howard. She was fantastic! Super helpful, very personable, she wanted to know our interests and needs for the car we desired. She made us feel comfortable in her office, was knowledgeable and answered all questions without hesitation. We could not have asked for a better person to deal with, and purchase a car from. She was also understanding. We highly recommend her. We also learned all about our new purchase from Jim Fry. He knows the cars inside and out, and made a fun time of explaining everything. More

Adam put me in touch I had a great experience working with Manny and Adam! I was planning to buy a used car and was overwhelmed by all of the options. Adam put me in touch with Manny, who ended up helping me. Manny printed out comparisons between the cars I was choosing from and let me test drive a bunch of cars, making it much less stressful. He was unbelievably patient, friendly, and relaxed. I definitely recommend Platinum Volkswagen because of their friendly staff and great prices! More

I recently worked with Adrien to lease a VW Eos. He kept in touch with me, as I was not able to visit the dealership at the time. On the recommendation of my co worker I visited Platinum VW dealership located in Hicksville NY and from the moment I stepped in the front door I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner by Mr VW dealership located in Hicksville NY and from the moment I stepped in the front door I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner by Mr. Adam Cevallos. Although I had never met Adam before he was very friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout this process. I have had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a new car particularly when the sales consultant quoted a price and the next day when I picked up the car, the price increased due to whatever reason.. When I explained these past experiences to Adam he assured me this would not be the case at Platinum and that they are a family first business. Albeit I was skeptical based upon my prior experiences I am very happy to say that Adam was a man of his word. Once we decided to move forward with the VW Passat Adam gave me the different pricing options and the next day when I picked up the car, the price was exactly the same as quoted. Lastly, after I purchased the vehicle, Adam contacted the next day to ensure I was satisfied with my experience and the new vehicle. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and I would recommend this dealership to others who are considering purchasing a new VW. I More
