Every time someone had contacted me they were extremely nice and helpful and especially patient as I work midnight shifts . Manny, Joe and Moses were all extremely helpful with my requests for the car everything I had asked for was taken care of. When the car finally came in late June they had called me on a Friday and said I could pick it up the next day. I asked if they could wait until the next Monday. Went that next Monday after work and was greeted by smiles and congratulations on the new car. Even though all the paperwork wasn't done yet. After it was all said and done I couldn't be more pleased by their service and attitude. 100% would recommend for others, and if i'm going to get another VW I know where i'm coming back to More

Like any other service department This dealer is great as far as the sales department goes. Mr Riccobene is one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with and now a manager I think. But again, like any other dealer, the issue is getting to the service department. Do I want to get into specifics? It is the same thing as anywhere else. Either they try selling you what you dont need or their prices are way to the roof. Forget about going the extra mile, they tell you to take it with Volkswagen as they dont have nothing to do with it. I would recommend the owner buying all of his employees a book called "Raving fans" and he will see how things change. More

Now I'm dealing with the hassle of disputing the deposit charge with my cc company. Avoid Platinum VW!!! More

Worst experience of my life!!!! I went in interested in a CPO Passat I saw on their website. Manny Lucas was my salesman, whom was very nice guy. I drove it & loved it. When I left I got a call from Moses asking me to come in he had good news. I went in the next day. All was working out smoothly! Thought it was too good to be true. But I did purchase the car & was very happy. But within the first two weeks the engine light came on ... So I brought it to service. They fixed it. But a few weeks later it happened again. The service dept is not that accomdating you have have a day off to take it in on their time. So here's where it goes sour. Not only is the engine light on but also the tire & air bag light are on. I only had it two months. Today I take it in , sitting there for three hours!! They tell me I need new brakes !! What?? But I just got the car!! I say no way I'm not paying $400! It should be under warranty. Few minutes later after wanting to talk to service manger , he said oh your brakes are fine. It was a mistake!!! Hmmm. So they replace part for engine. But air bags need to be fixed but yet they let me take the car home. So I leave & drive to the dealership to speak to the sales man. I start telling Moses's the situation & out of no where a man begins yelling at me & calling me a liar from across the room!! I looked at Moses & said who is that guy? The rude man yelling said "I'm the owner". He then proceeded to yell more & tell me to leave & don't come back !!! xxx!!! This was unbelievable to me!! What did I do wrong or do for this horrible person to yell at me to leave. His name is Josh & is supposedly the owner of this place. Shame on him. He is not well! I would never recommend that dealer ship because of him. He has not heard the last from me. After all , my air bags are not working on my CPO Passast!!! More
