Manny responded to me right away, listened to my situation, and then directed me to the perfect car for me, my needs and my budget. He helped me get all my paperwork in order, and get my head together after having been dealing with stressful insurance companies. I am totally thrilled with my new car, but of course, there are a lot of places to get cars. The people at this dealership - sales, management and finance - work as a team and go above and beyond to give you great service without tension, pressure or judgment. If I hadn't had a Passat for over 13 years, I probably would have bought the 2015. For me, it came down to needing a change. I appreciated Joe's knowledge and professionalism. Two days ago I experienced mechanical issues with my Tiguan and contacted the dealership from which I purchased the vehicle ( 2nd vehicle in 5 years) and was left with a feeling that they really couldn't care about my situation.
