I purchased a Ram 3500 from this dealership last year and was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of my unused extended warranty. Earlier this year I sold my Ram truck and provided the finance department with all of the required paperwork to submit for my refund. This was in July. I have not received my prorated refund to date and have attempted several times by phone, email, and even Facebook messenger to speak with Lyle Smith (Finance Manager) and can’t get a return call. I’ve reached out to the GM by email and no response. It seems I’m going to have to involve an attorney to get their attention. I would not recommend this dealership for this reason. By the way each time I’ve called their sales team I get an immediate response, but radio silence from finance when I try calling. Extremely unprofessional. More

Bait & Switch. Was promised a 2.25% interest rate, then switched to 2.79% to make more money from their vendor and refused to change the rate! They don't return phone calls, have called corporate and even switched to 2.79% to make more money from their vendor and refused to change the rate! They don't return phone calls, have called corporate and even Jeep corporate can't get return phone calls. Their service department expressed fear of working on the new jeep hybrid electric...I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. More
