Stereotypical car dealer. Just bought a new Gladiator on Black Friday. The vehicle was advertised for a certain price. The sales woman confirmed and showed me this was the price of the vehicle. When we were trying to get the monthly payment lower, I asked if we could add 3 or 6 more months to the term. She came back and said “good news” we got your payment where you wanted. Awesome! Off to finance! I was tired after being at the dealership for 4 or 5 hours, and Mr. Finance knew that. He did the typical extended warranty spiel and somehow convinced me that the warranty would only cost me $6/month. Gave me the contract and said, “you can keep going, you’ve already seen all these numbers”. Sure, I’m ready to go anyway. HUGE MISTAKE!! ALWAYS ALWAYS CHECK THE NUMBERS!! After I got home and started looking, they did not sale me the vehicle for the advertised and agreed to price. They added almost $2000 to it and did not even put the actual vehicle price on the contract - just the total cash value. Once they knew what I wanted to pay per month, and knew I was ok adding a few more months, they added 6 month and bumped up the price of the truck but was able to keep my payment where I wanted. My fault for trusting a car dealership. Yes it’s a business and they have to make money, but this is a common sales tactic that is dishonest and deceptive. Beware. Check the numbers even if you’re tired. See through the smiles. They just want your money and are creative in how they get it. More

I purchased a Ram 3500 from this dealership last year and was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of was sold a lot of extended warranties at the time. The finance guy assured me that should I sell the vehicle I would be refunded a prorated amount of my unused extended warranty. Earlier this year I sold my Ram truck and provided the finance department with all of the required paperwork to submit for my refund. This was in July. I have not received my prorated refund to date and have attempted several times by phone, email, and even Facebook messenger to speak with Lyle Smith (Finance Manager) and can’t get a return call. I’ve reached out to the GM by email and no response. It seems I’m going to have to involve an attorney to get their attention. I would not recommend this dealership for this reason. By the way each time I’ve called their sales team I get an immediate response, but radio silence from finance when I try calling. Extremely unprofessional. More
