Went into the dealership tonight to look at a new Jeep Wrangler. We were helped by Austin Easley. Experience started off fine, made small talk about what we were looking for and wanting and went out on th Wrangler. We were helped by Austin Easley. Experience started off fine, made small talk about what we were looking for and wanting and went out on the lot with Austin to take one of the wranglers for a test drive. He seemed knowledgeable and informed us on a lot of the features that we didn’t know about. Then it took a turn when he dropped an F bomb before we got in the Jeep 10 minutes into our time at the dealership. Then as the test drive went on we continued small talk and he mentioned how he used to smoke pot out of nowhere in a bragging sense. So it started to feel unprofessional. We brushed it off and just kept going on through the process. I’m a woman and was there with another woman with me who rode shot gun while I test drove the Jeep. When I asked her if she wanted to drive it as well before we moved forward with trying to purchase it to make sure we both liked it, she said she was nervous to drive it because it wasn’t ours yet. Austin’s response was that “most women get too nervous to drive on test drives, I usually have to drive them around myself. But none of my customers who are men have ever been too nervous to drive it themselves. That’s just normal for women”. Weird response if you ask me. But I brushed it off and chose not to put up a defense to the comment as it could’ve been harmless and not meant how it sounded. I’m not one to get defensive over comments like that but it came off degrading. Then when getting back to the dealership he went on bragging about how he spent $60 grand on his new Jeep and also has a sports car that he spent a lot of money on. Fine, good for him, just off putting when we are trying to buy a $45k car and are proud that we are about to do that when he’s talking about $60,000 like it’s nothing. And then when I told him I wanted to see what my trade may be worth when we got to the pencil stage of the buying process, he told us three times not to try to trade our car in and just take it to car max instead because we will get more money for it, and then said “we close in 8 minutes so I’m not going to go reprint the numbers that show your trade on it. I can do it in my head, this is what it will be” and just spit out the out the door numbers without actually showing us anything we could see. It was pretty obvious when he kept referencing the time that they were about to close (even though we were not the only customers there) so we took the many hints he gave us and chose to leave. All in all there’s more to write but it was a rushed, off putting, unprofessional experience and we will move forward with buying a new Jeep elsewhere. Not pissed and not writing this out of anger, just wish it would’ve been a different experience because we live 10 minutes from the dealership, saved up money for months now, and were excited to get a brand new car for the first time ever since we have always purchased pre owned. Just a bummer honestly. More

I ordered a Ram 1500 in September of 2021. It took 4.5 months to arrive which I already knew it would take longer than normal because of the shortage of everything in the country. It finally arrived and my dad and I went to make the deal. Obviously they where also working a second deal with another person on the truck that I had ordered and waited so long for. They wanted to give me $3000 less on a trade than KBB said it was worth. They wouldn't give me the rebate offers available. They ended up selling the truck to the other person because they where unwilling to work with me. I got the deposit back and went to another dealership that my dad had ordered from before and ordered another one. Platinum will never get any business from my family and we will let everyone we know about the worst buying experience we've ever had. More

Worst value of all dealers. I did purchase 1 vehicle because they were the only one with inventory. I have been back 2 other times and they try to change price.
