Salesman I dealt with is Charlie Holmes, very nice young man and very straight forward and upfront. We communicated back and forth about pricing and Charlie went out of his way to get me the best deal he co man and very straight forward and upfront. We communicated back and forth about pricing and Charlie went out of his way to get me the best deal he could and was very transparent about how to go about it. I drove from Prosper to pick the Jeep up and needed to get back by lunch so Charlie got in early to make sure everything was taken care of. Arrived at 10am and was out of the dealership by 10:30am paper work signed and keys in hands. Very smooth transaction including the finance manager Lyle who also made things a breeze. I would suggest anyone who wants a Chrysper, Dodge, Ram or Jeep contact Charlie. More

Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Asked to have some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separat some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separate appointment to have other issues checked out. This was on a Tuesday and not the weekend. I marked the drivers side tires to make sure they rotated them and guess what, they didn’t. Every time I come here I feel that they can’t take care of anything. I will not be using this dealership or their service department any longer. More
