Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Asked to have some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separat some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separate appointment to have other issues checked out. This was on a Tuesday and not the weekend. I marked the drivers side tires to make sure they rotated them and guess what, they didn’t. Every time I come here I feel that they can’t take care of anything. I will not be using this dealership or their service department any longer. More

I want to thank My service writer, David, for his help in getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition. The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition.
