I want to thank My service writer, David, for his help in getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition. The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition. The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the vehicle that it might not be covered. David made sure that I did have coverage for the vehicle and that the repairs were done correctly and in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them very highly. David DeMartini More

Not a great experience and we will not be buying a vehicle from here. My son is 18. We bought him a Dodge Challenger when he was 16, but he has started a company and needs a truck now. We told him vehicle from here. My son is 18. We bought him a Dodge Challenger when he was 16, but he has started a company and needs a truck now. We told him to go find the truck he wants, get his car appraised and if the numbers work we will fill out an application online and get the financing done. This dealership wouldn’t give him the time of day, and wouldn’t allow him to test drive the vehicle. He even offered to let the sales representative drive, but he was unwilling unless his parents were there. He is an adult, but they treated him like a child. This isn’t the 80s where you have to play let’s make a deal with the greasy used car manager. We now buy cars over the internet. There was no reason they treated him like that. They need to update their sales process and learn how to treat customers. More
