Not a great experience and we will not be buying a vehicle from here. My son is 18. We bought him a Dodge Challenger when he was 16, but he has started a company and needs a truck now. We told him to go find the truck he wants, get his car appraised and if the numbers work we will fill out an application online and get the financing done. This dealership wouldn’t give him the time of day, and wouldn’t allow him to test drive the vehicle. He even offered to let the sales representative drive, but he was unwilling unless his parents were there. He is an adult, but they treated him like a child. This isn’t the 80s where you have to play let’s make a deal with the greasy used car manager. We now buy cars over the internet. There was no reason they treated him like that. They need to update their sales process and learn how to treat customers. More

This place and situation is the reason I don’t like dealership. No They Try and rush you through and throw million numbers around to get you lost in the numbers. While ultimately we bought said car , there was no explanation or showing the car and all it’s future (which were none). We drove 6hrs and by the time we left it was well past 10pm. Upon going through the paperwork of the purchase there are few pages missing. Unfortunately not having much luck trying to get this situation resolved. I called a local car lot to trade this in and the vin# can’t be found in the system. NO WONDER THEY HAVE AN F RATING ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! so after talking to the dealership they told me the sent over email prior to arriving to look. Which they sent an email of a car with a “generic” photo that didn’t even match what we got. Ok but then the price in the email for the car was was about $7,000 dollars less than what we paid. We literally ask the Brad Parks how to get the price lower to the advertised price online, we also stated we could pay cash if that helped. He stated that he went and talked to “guys” and there was nothing that could be done to get it down at all and have us 2 options which we chose the less of the 2 options. Apparently after talking to Alex the manager today there is a way to get it down to the price we wanted to pay but he wouldn’t tell us how that would work. Of course dealership are out to line their pockets and NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! Stay as far away from these crocks as possible! More

Horrible experience overall. Service manager (Benny Gonzales) super lazy. Always in the restroom wasting time. No work gets done since he thinks he’s so big and bad. Micro managing at its finest.
