Excellent! I contacted the dealership about a new Grand Cherokee that I felt was priced right. Salesman Terry Hartsell called and we soon had a deal made. We arrived at the dealership, a nice newer building, very appealing both inside and out, comfortable, and customer friendly. Everything happened just as we were told and did not take long.
