Came in with an EP code my own financing and a $ amount I wanted for my trade but was told none of that mattered- 3 hours later and frustrated I left - salesman chased me out and said they would do the deal wanted for my trade but was told none of that mattered- 3 hours later and frustrated I left - salesman chased me out and said they would do the deal - but of course it wasn’t - I bought the truck knowing I would have to refinance which is fine - but I later found out it didn’t appear I received the $1000 National rebate - I emailed and called with no response- we just moved to Terrell from Katy Tx - I purchased/traded 7 vehicles with one dealership and always used an EP code and was treated like a vip - not at your dealership - and thus this will be our one and only purchase from any Platinum dealership More

Out of the 10 vehicles I have purchased from dealers over the years this was by far my best dealer experience ever. The sales experience was first rate and they got my truck and paperwork prepared so I was the years this was by far my best dealer experience ever. I took my Journey in for an oil change and did not have an appointment. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they washed my vehicle for me, which was a pleasant surprise. The waiting area is clean, large and there is plenty of space for social distancing, although it was not necessary when I was there, as there were only a couple of other people in the waiting area.
