They post trucks at the cleburne location that they don't even have. So when we went to look at a truck they stated thats at the other location, we simply asked the salesman, who stalked us in the parking lo even have. Whatever, so we decided with another truck and sat down and started the process. first off this sales man (i don't remember his name as it was a Indian name and hard to remember) was very rude and unprofessional. he made serval comments degrading me and my knowledge on trucks. After he lowballed the appraisal value of our truck we laughed and told him thats absolutely not happening. he went back to his boss and came up $5k higher. then gave us the final numbers that i never agreed too and we ended up walking over $2k. As we told this man we were not OK with that number he just said "ok then ill just sell it to someone else" and my reply was "ok so do it" and we left. he told me he would give us $750 and that we could close the deal. long story short, we didn't purchase the truck simply because of this terrible salesman who made me completely uncomfortable and the other sales man who was next to his office was listening to my husband and i's conversation when i asked the Indian sales man for some privacy to discuss with my husband. this dealership is extremely unprofessional, they are ripping people off, and they are extremely rude. We ended up driving 2 hours to cleburne and bought the truck he told us they sold!!! what a liar! this place is a joke DO NOT buy from them! EDIT the Indian mans name who this review is in regards to is Jay Dhanani. Screw him! More

False advertising. I came in from 1 hr away due to False advertising. I came in from 1 hr away due to driving through Terrell on Saturday and seeing a Ram I liked but didn't have time to test drive i False advertising. I came in from 1 hr away due to driving through Terrell on Saturday and seeing a Ram I liked but didn't have time to test drive it so I looked at it online that evening and they had a special on it so I acted on it on Monday and drove back in with my trade in and wanting to make a deal. The sales guy comes out, who I could just tell he didn't care but I wanted to make a deal so I stayed so they valued my trade in and we take the truck i wanted for a test drive and he asked me how much the truck was advertised online, really? So I tell him $46,000 and he paused a min. then says something like, "Oh, I need to check that", and right there I was like this will not go well! So, we go back in and he goes with my trade info. to go talk with the manager and then comes back and tells me the price of the truck doesn't include the $18,000+ in upgrades and that they need to add that $18,000+ back on! So I stopped him there and said you need to look again online because it does include that $18,000+. The truck with all the upgrades is $76,570 and it says "Platinum savings $30,174" which the sales price came to $46,396 online! He tells me they made a mistake! Then they didn't bother to fix their mistake and either honor their advertised online price or lower it! I will never return and as a veteran I will tell ALL my friends! The ad online still says this is the price. They have a better business bureau grade of F and not good Facebook and yelp reviews. More
