These guys always do a phenomenal job. With the exception of this last time I was in there. I was taken care of by Martin and if he’s the person I have to deal with when I come in to do my oil changes I woul of this last time I was in there. I was taken care of by Martin and if he’s the person I have to deal with when I come in to do my oil changes I would rather not come back. He had absolutely no respect for my time and he lied to me. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a transmission flush and left it there for five hours. I told Martin that I needed to pick my car up by 5 PM because I had somewhere I needed to be at 6 PM and I told him if they did not have time to finish that it was fine I could bring it back another day but Martin insured me that there would be no problem and then I would make my appointment on time. I arrived back at the dealership at 5 PM and Martin told me that my car wasn’t quite ready it would be about 20 more minutes and although I was upset I sat down and waited patiently for my car to be done.. The 20 minutes came and passed and my car was still not ready and so I spoke with Ed and Edward to find out what happened he went back there and my car was still a part he helps the mechanic put it back together to get me on my way so I could be to my appointment on time and he told me that my transmission flush was not done that it was billed but I could come back and get it done later which is fine but I did not leave until 5:50 PM and I was late for my appointment so as you see Martin the only Lie to me but had no respect for my time. Martin is by far the worst customer service I have ever received here. I feel like he has no place in that department as I always get really good service there. Kim and Ed are always phenomenal and take excellent care of their customers and this is what I’ve become a custom to but it is not what I received this time. More
