I was driving a church bus from North of Atlanta back to Clinton MS and was blessed enough to break down in Breman Georgia. From the time the problems began until we were placed in the care of the wonderful people of Pioneer Ford, we knew we were in the right place. Pioneer Ford owner and staff went way out of their way to ensure that myself and everyone else on the church bus were taken care of and were where they needed to be. From the moment I walked into the dealership at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning (with out an appointment)...after breaking down late Friday night...I knew all was well. Harry greeted me with a cup of coffee and took me where I needed to be, Theresa lined up the tow truck to get me in to the shop, Terry had the parts located before the bus was completely in the shop. As soon as Kevin had the diagnosis confirmed Harry was off to Atlanta to pick up parts. The owner of the dealership Bob comes in on Saturdays and cooks lunch for all customers and employees there. All of the employees were having a great time working (on a beautiful Saturday) and went out of their way at all oportunities to exceed any expectations one may have. Bob, the sales manager even had a Josh in sales run some of our people to pick up a rental car in order to get them home a bit earlier. Kevin worked through his lunch in order to get us out by the expected time, had everything in working order and ready for us to hit the road once again. Of course, we had our lunch prior to getting on the road. It was truly a blessing to us all to be broken down in this Great little Georgia Town, But the true blessing was being able to visit this fine group of people at Pioneer Ford. They made us and all of the other customers feel like family. They are truly dedicated to serving people, and caring for their automotive needs. I just hope that I get to go through this dealership again, even if it is to just say hello--or just to have the oil changed. Excellent Group of people! Excellent Service! Keep up the Great work. This was my 1st experience at this dealership. I had shown interest in getting a ford escape. My boyfriend had done some research before going to the dealership to see what was avaialbe. I had no inetentions of going because I hate dealing with car dealers and the haglying they put customers through. I can honestly say this was an enjoyable expreince for me and my family. There was no pressure and they worked with us to make everything work. If we had decided to walk away with no purchase, I didn't feel I was letting someone down. I also liked the fact that this dealership was VERY involved with the community. We are from a small town, so I understand the importance of shopping local. I will recommend Bob and his team again, and I will be going back to this dealership for my future purchases. Thank you to Patrick, our sales person, and Bob the owner.
