Ford Focus RS Head Gasket Recall I received notice of a head gasket recall on my new Ford Focus RS. I called Pioneer Ford and talked to Justin Corbitt. He set me up for a visit to hav I received notice of a head gasket recall on my new Ford Focus RS. I called Pioneer Ford and talked to Justin Corbitt. He set me up for a visit to have the recall accomplished. This was the first time for Pioneer Ford to accomplish this particular recall item. I ask them to take their time and I was in no hurry. Not only did they replace the gasket; they chose to replace the head as well. Naturally I was concerned. I was able to talk to Senior Master Mechanic Justin Allred about my concerns as he was going to perform the maintenance. I found Mr. Allred to be a very seasoned mechanic. After speaking with him I had no worries. Bob Winiarczyk the owner and Robby Winiarczyk the General Manager took personal interest in the process. After all it is the limited production FORD FOCUS RS! This car is phenomenal! However, the other issue I had was that I would be on military duty at the same time longer than the service would take and needed transportation. Pioneer Ford supplied me with a curtesy car without hesitation. I was able to speak to my sales representatives Larry Morrow and Norman Bleakley as well. It was great to see them again as well. When I returned the focus was ready to pickup without any issues. All I can say is THANK YOU to the Pioneer Ford Team for a job well done and for helping me keep the mission going and serving this great Country of ours. More
