took too long took my truck there for a spark rattle in the engine they keep it a week i was there at 3 pm and the truck was still sitting in the same spot that it took my truck there for a spark rattle in the engine they keep it a week i was there at 3 pm and the truck was still sitting in the same spot that it was in for a week , they called me 1 1/2 hr later after they said they check it and washed it and said nothing wrong with it . i drove it home and before i got home 10 miles up the road it was doing it again . they told me to bring it back and they would ride with me but i dont have another week to wait the rest of pioneer is great we have bought 8 cars from them over the last 10 years just not happy with service dept More

Broken Flywheel I must say the service department got my car fixed but the labor price is outrageous.
