Everything went so smooth. Car was ready to go when I arrived. They also found out I had a dog and they gave me a bag full of toys, blankets and water bowls for him. The amenities were great. They had coffee and water and extra bonus for having a children's play area. We had to bring our 2 children with us and were worried about the length They had coffee and water and extra bonus for having a children's play area. We had to bring our 2 children with us and were worried about the length of time it takes in a dealership. Cecilia was excellent, she tried to keep us on track and make the process smooth. Children's area had TV's and plenty of toys. She was very understanding when the boys were tired and wanted to leave. She showed me some of the features right away and helped me set up my phone and then called me every few days to explain more features and answer all my silly questions. Great experience and worth the drive. Only con is that there were quite a few fees I didn't realize would happen that I wish I knew about before hand. Nothing that I would've not chosen the vehicle because of it but just fees I wasn't expecting. For example, my old lease they submitted payoff and took from us but until they're payment goes thru I am being charged and then will get refunded. As well as plates and registration fees I had to pay for separately, never had to do that with my other leases at other companies. More
