From the minute, I called pulled in the drive-through. The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My Service writer Tom kept me informed and was on top of keeping me updated unfortunately, I needed The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs becau It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

Purchased new 2026 subaru outback xt with 9 miles, paid extra for MySubaru app for remote start,lock and other goodies. It has not fully worked from day one.
