I was called back an hour after my oil change, they found the part under the lift and thought it might be from my car. That concluded my time of getting an oil change of five hours! I do not live real close by and did not appreciate having to go back, gratefully they found nothing wrong with my car. I was told the advisor’s boss would reach out to me on Monday, no call from Pine Belt has come and it is now Wednesday! More
