From the minute, I called pulled in the drive-through. The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My Service writer Tom kept me informed and was on top of keeping me updated unfortunately, I needed The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My Service writer Tom kept me informed and was on top of keeping me updated unfortunately, I needed a loaner car, but they had one on site & were able to get me into a car that day! I even forgot my block for my charger in the loaner car and Belle from the rental department called me & kept it aside until I was able to get it! Great service all around!!! More

My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs becau It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs. More

Always accommodating, I’ve never had an appointment for oil changes and I wait for my car.
