Their internet prices are misleading and they add some 900.00 certification fee to the price when you get there. Mike was the ultimate professional. His knowledge of the Forester along with the different trim levels made it an easy decision for my wife and I on which one to choose. I also appreciated his honesty and no pressure approach. Got a good deal on my trade in along with a great discount on my new Forester. We actually drove home in our new car the same day! To date, Pine Belt has not explained what this $595 charge is for, what it covers, what the terms and conditions are, or when it expires. I repeatedly asked Pine Belt for any information related to this $595 charge. Pine Belt has not given a clear answer. The Pine Belt salesman didn’t know and Pine Belt management did not return my calls or answer my questions. This is not the transparency that Pine Belt claims in its ads. More
