Exceptional customer service I came in on Saturday morning for an oil change for my 2017 CRV. Unbeknownst to me my state inspection was two months past due! The service technici I came in on Saturday morning for an oil change for my 2017 CRV. Unbeknownst to me my state inspection was two months past due! The service technician (Jonathan) was professional and accommodating and told me that they would be able to do the inspection while I was there. He also checked for open recalls and had that issue addressed too. Gave me an accurate wait time and was courteous and helpful. Honda Fit - PA registration inspection I made an appointment with Piazza to have the FIt inspected. The service advisor Jonathan Kozachyn was very helpful and showed me how to reset the ti I made an appointment with Piazza to have the FIt inspected. The service advisor Jonathan Kozachyn was very helpful and showed me how to reset the tire indicator (a new feature) on the car. The inspection and checklist was done in only one hour for a resonable price. I was very happy with the service visit. I have had 3 different Honda's serviced at Piazza in Springfield and always have had a good outcome. More
