I was told "if they install the part and that don't correct it then the company won't pay for the part". And this is my problem as the consumer what a joke of a service dept. Inconvenient Recall I had a second airbag recall. I called to schedule an appointment and learned that a loaner car would not be available despite the Honda paperwork say I had a second airbag recall.
