I feel ripped off. $615.00 and all I needed was a battery. Spent $174 on ‘diagnostics’, $300+ for a battery, $75 to install the battery, $25 to take back the old batte $615.00 and all I needed was a battery. Spent $174 on ‘diagnostics’, $300+ for a battery, $75 to install the battery, $25 to take back the old battery … The week before I spent $130 for a simple oil change there. Was told since my car had over 80,000 miles that I needed some super synthetic oil. Was told it would cost $580 for TPMS and I went to Sumter Tire and got it done for $350. Very disappointed in Phillips. Will never go back. More

This dealership doesn’t necessarily use the appointment scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the a scheduler but treats the clients on a first come first serve basis. My service was around the holidays and I understand that is a busy time but the advisor wasn’t very “present” for my questions. The staff was professional though. Due to our RV travels, we have been to ~15 GMC dealerships in the country and the cost here was higher than normal. More
