Bought a truck from Phillips Buick GMC and they claim that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems a that all of their pre owned vehicles go through a very detailed inspection, however after I purchased the vehicle it has given nothing but problems and has had to have the transmission replaced and now the engine, before I even knew the vehicle had mechanical failures I recommended a friend to the Phillips Chrysler Jeep dodge ram dealer and they bought a pre owned Jeep claimed to have gone through the same inspection and he is experiencing mechanical failures as well. Neither dealership is taking accountability for selling lemons and there’s nothing that can be done. Do not believe anything that they tell you! More

I recently took my 2003 Toyota Corolla to Phillips Buick GMC for a checkup. The service department was amazing and they did a complete 70 point inspection. I also had an oil change and tired rotation at the GMC for a checkup. The service department was amazing and they did a complete 70 point inspection. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest, quality service, along with a friendly helpful staff, this is the place to go. More

We had our vehicle towed to the dealership on a Thursday due to a parking brake problem. The right rear parking “actuator” had failed. Speaking with the service tech, I was told the vehicle would be repai due to a parking brake problem. The right rear parking “actuator” had failed. Speaking with the service tech, I was told the vehicle would be repaired on Friday. I got no call on Friday. When we called them late Friday afternoon, we were told they got the wrong brake pads, and the car wouldn’t be repaired until Monday. We called late Monday to inquire about the car - we were told the car was ready and that they had left a message about that. Upon checking, neither I nor my wife had received any message or phone call. I initially asked the tech to check on whether our extended warranty would cover the service. Our warranty covered 60,000 miles and our car had 61,384 miles on it. He nonchalantly told me it wasn’t covered - with no indication he had checked on it. Legally he had no obligation on the warranty which had expired 1,384 miles earlier, but the dealership where I bought the car could have offered some consideration. The cost of the actuator seemed reasonable, since they refused any consideration from a recently expired warranty. The charge for the brake pads was $151.47. Advance Auto sells them for $52.99. The labor charge was $178 per hour. $698 labor to change brake pads, clean the right rear rotor and change the right rear rotor actuator was extremely high! We were told before repairs what the total charge would be, with no details. My car had been towed into the dealerships, so I had little choice on getting the service done. I think they knew this. I paid over $54,000 for this vehicle at Phillips Buick in 2021. We are in need of a replacement vehicle soon. This repair bill will affect our decision on where to look for a new vehicle More

Very pleased with the results of my experience as I thought I’d be putting in new break pads and was told I still had many miles left on them. The oil change was very reasonable compared with 5 minute thought I’d be putting in new break pads and was told I still had many miles left on them.
