Brought in vehicle for oil change tire rotation , nail in tire and recall. Was surprised it took into the 3rd day to complete. Was told had issue second day with internet for recall so spilled into 3rd day. tire and recall. Was surprised it took into the 3rd day to complete. All work was completed except tore plug was shocked they wanted $60 to plug a tire when they had the tires off already for the rotation.. opted to take it elsewhere for a $16 plug More

Service dept was ok. Took Buick 2017 Encore there due to Intellink system repaired. Shuttle service was excellent. Rick the driver was great. Jim, service advisor, called when part was in to set up appointment. Said Wednesday was ok so that’s when I took and he said it was supposed to be there Thursday! Left it and when it was done, went to pick it up and pay. Cashier was the same person who answers the phone. While she was taking care of me she answered at least EIGHT calls. Good way to make mistakes! Not good !!!! My car is fixed just don’t know if we will be back. More

Zack was great but GMC can't supply an engine for my truck, and knowing they have a problem with 7 cam lobe, GM C knowing they have a problem should pickup some of the cost of the engine replacement. L truck, and knowing they have a problem with 7 cam lobe, GM C knowing they have a problem should pickup some of the cost of the engine replacement. Like covering the cost of labor. I've have had Cadillac and had all kind of engine problems. Sorry to say I will never purchase another chevy gmc or cadillac's ever again. More
