Took my car in on a Wednesday morning. Maybe didn’t hear from them again until Saturday. Very poor communication. The new tires were very expensive, but it did take care of my problem. The other reason I took it in was the door locked didn’t work on the passenger side. He didn’t even address it at all so it’s not fixed ridiculous amount to program a fob that I bought from their dealership. I’m truly not happy and it’s my first experience there. More

I recently experienced an issue with my windshield, which produces a noticeable noise. During my visit to your dealership, the service technician was unable to replicate the noise. When I returned to demonstrate the problem, the staff were unwilling to properly inspect the windshield, standing several feet away from my car as I explained the issue. They subsequently stated that since the technician couldn't determine the problem, there was no fix available. This situation highlights a significant issue with the customer relations and service approach at your service center. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. More
