STAY AWAY from this service department! I brought my vehicle in for service on the 29th of August and it literally sat for over a week and they did NOTHING. I was in a rental car during thi I brought my vehicle in for service on the 29th of August and it literally sat for over a week and they did NOTHING. I was in a rental car during this period of time and discovered I was charged over $600 for the rental too! I brought the vehicle in for a transmission slip and voltage issue which was clearly diagnosed at another dealership but apparently they “couldn’t duplicate it” at this dealer. I also asked for an oil change, spark plugs and a door hinge to be replaced and literally they did nothing. Not only that, the communication from Zack the service advisor was non-existent. I could have picked my car up at any time and not been charged for the rental but because of Zack’s inability to communicate and because of the lack of skills of the technician, I paid over $600 for absolutely nothing. Stay far far away from this dealership! More

We had a rattle in the dashboard area, and it was getting worse. We stopped at the dealership to have the oil changed. We pulled into the service area, and Zach approached us. He said they would look at the area of the rattle, and also have the other work performed. He said since it was lunch time, it would be 2-3 hours, and we said we would wait. A part for the rattling area will be ordered and we will get a call when to return the car. The oil change and tire rotation was handled. More
