I brought my car in for an engine knock and cruise control issue. The knock was addressed but the issue with the cruise control still exists. I informed the tech that the issue is with the brake peddl control issue. The knock was addressed but the issue with the cruise control still exists. I informed the tech that the issue is with the brake peddle but since they cannot replicate the issue they say there is nothing they can do. Since I already diagnosed the issue I would think that would be enough for them to address it and not rely on the fact that since they can’t get it to fail there is nothing they can do. I will be calling the dealership again and letting them know the issue still exists More

When I arrived the person at the counter took my recall paper and proceeded to tell me that he didn't have me in the computer. I told him I received text and he said he needed to know who it was from. I paper and proceeded to tell me that he didn't have me in the computer. I said where do I go to wait, he said over there. It was an older man with a pony tail. Zach came and told me that they were done and he was nice. FYI. There was a girl that worked there and she was not dressed very professional. She had a cover up dress that you would wear to the beach with a slit up the side that was very revealing. More
