Bait and Switch I have been conned by this dealership more than once... shame on me... DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM HERE. Save your self the headache. They are UNREL I have been conned by this dealership more than once... shame on me... DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM HERE. Save your self the headache. They are UNRELIABLE con artists !! They made a deal with me and reneged. I actually bought the car ...a Sorrento in 2011., for more than the originally negotiated and signed deal. They did not give me what was promised. I then repeated the experience and almost purchased a second vehicle, mainly because of the friendly service department....... SAME OLD STORY. Made a deal and then hours later told me they weren't honoring their word. I then heard from several acquaintances that they had had similar experiences. Clearly the reviews posted below, in stark contrast to Peak Kia, show a pattern. On am update, Peak Kia did even better than Signatures reneged deal. I was so very happy with the Denver Dealership. It saved me over a thousand dollars on top of what the reneged deal was! BTW, Todd, the sales manager told me that Denver wouldn't play fair he was wrong Peak was Honorable .... Signature was not! Horrible, I would never recommend I had by far the worst experience at this dealership. Nothing but high pressure sales and deals "that are only good for the next few hours". Really? I I had by far the worst experience at this dealership. Nothing but high pressure sales and deals "that are only good for the next few hours". Really? I would never recommend this place to anyone. No respect and they are very deceptive. More
Well I didn't have the greatest experience. After hours in the sales dept. we finally came to an agreement and paperwork was signed. However they neglected to tell me that the car only had one key. hours in the sales dept. we finally came to an agreement and paperwork was signed. However they neglected to tell me that the car only had one key. I was required to purchase and additional key at 302.00 and some change. This included a shop charge for 37.13 for what they call garbage and service fees....what???? I have never heard of such a thing. Also the 302.+ didn't include the internal key in the remote which was a additional 34+. I would suggest to anyone to make sure you have everything in the "We Owe" contract prior to signing and ask about keys, they wont offer the info. until keys are handed over and in all the ciaos who would think about asking if it had two sets of keys. My advise is buyer beware!!!! More
We bought a brand new 2011 kia sorrento in 2010. We generally been satisfied with our Kia, but the service you will recieve in the service department is terrible. Everytime we have went into the dealer generally been satisfied with our Kia, but the service you will recieve in the service department is terrible. Everytime we have went into the dealership, they have tried to sell us tires or something else at a outragious price. They always say that the tred is low, this is after only having 35,000 mile on our car at this time currently, they have attempted to sell us tires at least 4 times prior to this time. We have taken it to discount tire after being told that we needed new tires from kia, they advised us that the tred was fine for now. I then had to take our car in for a check engine light that came on. They advised that the part would take a few days to come in and it would be a good idea to leave our car there, as to not cause any more damage to the car. This was not a problem for us, as we had another car available to drive in the meantime. 3 days into them having the car, we get a phone call stating that the part was there and we could drop our car off to have the repairs made. We called back and told them that they had our car, they said ok, we will look into that and call you back. We never recieved a call back from them, NOT to comforting that they didn't even know they had our car to work on! We then got a call 2 days later that the car was done, but it wouldn't start because the battery was totally dead. They advised that they had tried to charge the battery and it wouldn't hold a charge at all. He advised that we would not be able to drive the car home. They wanted to then charge us $160 to install a battery. We said no, we would get the battery ourselves and install it. So we got the battery and headed to the dealership. We get there and the service associate says, " I would love to drive your car down for you, but it will not even turn on" We go up to the car and start it with no problem. The only problem now is that the check engine light is still on after then having it for 5 days and suppoably fixing the problem! I go back down to the service center to tell then that we will be taking our car elsewhere to be serviced, as they had our car for 5 days and it still has the same problem that we dropped it off for. They advised that the check enging light was probably still on due to the battery. Shouldn't you have known it was still on when you were supposed to be fixing it? Maybe notified us and ran a second diagnostic to make sure that was the reason? No, they did none of that just gave it back to us saying to was fixed, not even a apology for wasting our time. Needless to say, they are not getting our buisness anymore and we are taking our car for a second opnion elsewhere! More
Worst experience ever. Would never recommend signature kia to anybody. Martin is very rude and caused signature to lose my business. Go to Tynan's Kia in Fort Collins, they are easier to work with and j kia to anybody. Martin is very rude and caused signature to lose my business. I was interested in a 2014 Kia Soul and wanted to find out when the new model would be released. I was told by the salesperson that I was better off getting a 2013 model as they are exactly the same. HOWE out when the new model would be released. I was told by the salesperson that I was better off getting a 2013 model as they are exactly the same. HOWEVER, the 2014 model was completely redesigned in both the interior and exterior. When I started to list some of the changes, she pretended to know what I was talking about but it was clear she didn't know the difference and was just trying to sell me something they currently had in stock. Buying a new car is such a monumental purchase that you want someone you can trust. I was disappointed in the lack of knowledge and the distasteful sales strategies used. More

The car salesperson was nice, but when asked about the warranty, I was referred to the finance man. He talked fast, gave alot of overwhelming information. I had not purchased a new car on my own in 20 yea warranty, I was referred to the finance man. He talked fast, gave alot of overwhelming information. I had not purchased a new car on my own in 20 years and was unaware of the pressure of the extended warranty. Not until after the papers were signed did I find out I had been pressured into a very expensive extended warranty. I was NOT told that the car came with a good warranty included in the price, it seemed to me that the warranty HAD to be purchased. I feel very taken advantage of. I should have been told "this is the warranty that comes with the car" and " this is the extended warranty". So, now having spent several unnecessary thousands of dollars, I have very untrusting feelings with these people. I would not recommend them to anyone. No one likes to feel taken advantage of, and I most definately was not given all the information I needed . I trusted them , and all I can say is " shame on you". Yes, I guess I should have done my homework before going in there, but I have learned an expensive lesson about trust. I truly was given the impression the warranty had to be purchased. I found it odd that a new car did not have a warranty. Now I know what happened. Shame on you, Signature Kia. More

The good--salesmen were pretty good. Dave and Dwanyne weren't too pushy and were overall friendly. The bad--Idris and the 'behind the counter' managers. We made an appointment to buy purchase a car. weren't too pushy and were overall friendly. The bad--Idris and the 'behind the counter' managers. We made an appointment to buy purchase a car. However, the dealership did not honor the appointment and we were made to wait for 3 hours with countless paperwork issues and misleading sales pitches. We finally complained to the front manager but there was no real action taken and false smiles to try and pacify us. Since then, we have gone in for a warranty issue and the repair dept has yet to call us back----ever. It has been over a month and we keep on getting the same response....my manager is in a meeting but will call you back today. We are still waiting.... Do NOT go to this Kia dealership. Go to any other one (there is another in CO Springs or even Denver). They have a good product for the money and warranty but not worth the trouble. More
