They fixed the tint on one window that was damaged during removal of the window sticker, their offer, I didn't have to ask. My only issue is with the extended warranty I bought, due to high mileage car. It doesn't take effect until 60 days after the purchase date. I wasn't informed of this and the finance manager made a comment about the engine blowing up the next day, inferring I would be covered, when asking me if I wanted the warranty. More

Deceitful dealership I bought my used car with the understanding in writing that certain things would be fixed (ie fix broken turn signal, fix broken shifter knob) and tha I bought my used car with the understanding in writing that certain things would be fixed (ie fix broken turn signal, fix broken shifter knob) and that the factory warranty was still in effect. After all the paper was completed I was informed they weren't fixing anything because they made nothing off my deal! Plus, the factory warranty expired 6 months prior to the sale. They sold my trade for double what I got for it. When I went to pull out the signed paperwork with the conditions it conveniently disappeared. I will never deal with Phil Long again nor will I ever recommend them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More

LIARS! They are not honest and will LIE to you with a smile on their face. They will humiliate you as you are leaving without purchasing a vehicle from them. They are not honest and will LIE to you with a smile on their face. They will humiliate you as you are leaving without purchasing a vehicle from them. They will call the next day and say that the salesman acted "inappropriately" and that they will call you back after meeting with him and the General Manager but will never call you back. They will harass you with emails from the salesman and phone calls from the Service Manger. They will send you a letter explaining that you would not qualify for a loan even though you were to put down $17K on a $22K vehicle. They will tell you that ALL other Kia dealers are lying to you when they quote up to $2K off MSRP. They will tell you that the MSRP on their cars "is what it is" and they cannot come down on the price. There is a reason they have so few new cars on their lot, and that is because KIA USA does not consider them to be a quality dealership. More
