Iris called me constantly telling me that he could help me out. I told him I could only afford x amount of money per monthly payments. He told me oh, I can get you in to a new 2012 forte for the amount I t me out. I told him I could only afford x amount of money per monthly payments. Once I got to the dealership he tried to talk me into payments that I couldn't afford. I kept telling him no and he would say give me a minute and I will see what I can do. I was such a nervous wreck by the time I got out of there. Also my next door neighbor had the same guy as her salesperson I found out today. Now she is stuck with payments she cat afford and the free oil changes are not free at all. Warning do not deal with these guys. More
PROS: From start to finish the sales associates and advisers/management were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles we were inquiring about and the procedures to get us advisers/management were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles we were inquiring about and the procedures to get us into a new auto. They were also willing to pretty much bend over backwards for us to keep us happy, and that we were. CONS: They seemed to be a little pushy when "helping" us choose a vehicle. Need to concentrate a little more on the needs of the customer more than the wants of the dealership. OVERALL: I am rather happy with the purchase of my vehicle and the price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends, family and co-workers. More
I am a single lady who knows very little about cars. Of course they had a long list of repairs I needed. I took my car to a independent repair shop and got a second opinion. KIA wanted to charge me $137 fo course they had a long list of repairs I needed. I took my car to a independent repair shop and got a second opinion. KIA wanted to charge me $137 for a air filter, I have the paper work to prove this. The shop I took it to said their charge would be $14. Come on KIA, how do you sleep at night? I'll never go there again and will tell everyone the same! More
They did the bait and switch on my wife and me. We walked out of the dealership thinking we pruchased an Optima with the Tech and premium packages and they delivered an Optima without the Tech Package walked out of the dealership thinking we pruchased an Optima with the Tech and premium packages and they delivered an Optima without the Tech Package. Steve, the sale manager, was rude, defensive and unapoligetic. He said it was a commuincation problem between the salesman and us. What he forgot is that he stepped in in a classic "Turn-over" and did the deal. These guys are greedy and support all of the stereotypes ever written about car salesman and dealerships.
