While there to test drive a new Ford F150, Phil Long representative ANDY HERRERA after hearing of our concerns and understanding our needs introduced us for the first time to the option of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions perfectly and was diligent in meeting our needs and calming fears we had of buying a used vehicle. We ended up purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned FORD F150 with low mileage and are confident in our purchase with the FORD Warranties that back our purchase. Really read these reviews before you buy a car here. This is a terrible establishment that will keep you for hours to wear you down and then not follow through on contracts that both parties have signed. They were supposed to repair a couple of things on our Crosstrek per our signed agreement to purchase the car. We have called and tried dealing with getting an appointment for months now and after several conversations trying to get an appointment they are now claiming they don't have to follow through because the company has split from their financial department. We also told them we did not want extra packages as part of the deal, such as their VIP booklet of repairs that they don't honor, but they snuck them into our contract. After we realized this we went in to sign the paperwork to cancel those extras and they told us the office our loan was through would get a check for our money back and then never did it. So now we are paying $6000 more on packages we didn't want and they will not return our phone calls. Jeremy Ellingwood was the specific finance guy who avoids our phone calls. Even after giving us his "personal" phone number. They are all scam artists. I hope this review keeps at least some people away from this place. They do not honor their contracts! More

Now I'm having issues with the backup camera, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, I know call and make an appointment your service departments are horrible, here is the rest of the story. We also purchased a 2017 Edge paid a lot of money for the maintenance package to 150000 miles to include FULL synthetic motor oil, well I take it in and they put regular oil it they said they drained it and put FULL synthetic in, never have any wiper blades, never lubed it, so I can't trust your service dept. at chapel hills either, Now I do all the maintenance myself which I paid for, didn't make that mistake again on the new truck. Here is a question will you give back some of the money on the maintenance agreement? I'm sure your laughing all the way to the bank on that one. Now I have an issue with the steering, when you are in park and move the steering back and fourth there is a knocking noise, sounds like in the rack and pinion, so trying to make an appointment is another nightmare, I'm still trying to make an appointment. Don't get me wrong I support Ford 1000% won't own anything else but the service is the problem with Phil Long, you know we have purchased mostly new but some used (over 10 vehicles) thru the years from Phil Long and always had service department issues. I guess my next step is to contact Ford Motor Company, probably won't do any good but I need to try something. What ever happened to honesty, trustworthy, a mans word means something, it all starts at the top, it's all about the money, say hello to Jay C. More

Recently purchased a new F-150 Raptor here from out of state as they had exactly what I was looking for. Nicole was incredibly helpful in getting things worked out over the phone and holding the vehicle u state as they had exactly what I was looking for. Brice was also very helpful once I arrived with some of the paperwork and looking over the vehicle and its features. Sales staff was overall outstanding. More
