It took the service team over two weeks to get parts that we had already tracked down and told them where to find. They charge almost twice what the auto parts store was asking for... even though they purcha we had already tracked down and told them where to find. We were quoted no more than $2100, but then charged $800 and then called for an additional $1700. I had to talk to a manager to get a fair compromise and I am sure that she had know idea about the condition the vehicle was in. The technician took forever to quote repairs even after being asked on several occasions... When they did read quotes.... they quoted around $3000 in parts and over $8000 in labor to complety rebuild the vehical and suggested a new one instead. What company charges over $300 an hour for labor? The Ford site says $69. The technician broke the dash in half... yes, it is an old truck and has its issues, but now it is held together with gorilla tape and fell off less then 3 days later. We took the truck in to replace a heater core and a battery so that my father wouldnt freeze during the Colorado winter. What we learned was that this dealership and service center is horrible. I have used toyota, lexus, and nissan for years and have never had such bad customer service. They meet their quotes, complete repairs, provide loaners, and they would have fixed things they broke during the service. On a positive note... the heater core works for now. Pick well during these holidays... I would suggest another company if you are thinking of buying. My opinion of Ford has diminished and I see why they are struggling. Do better! More

We were faced with a very unique problem which the team never gave up on solving. My 2019 F-350 had a parking aid fault issue that no other Ford Dealer in the Denver Metro area could not figure out. With my truck being under warranty these other ford dealers just gave up and did not have Ford Dealer in the Denver Metro area could not figure out. I was afraid at this point that my truck was a lemon because no other dealers or certified ford technicians could figure out my trucks issue. I brought it down to Phil Long Ford of Motor City to have one last ditch effort in correcting this problem. Harold Lawerance is a diamond in the rough because he was able to diagnose the issue when others could not. He shows exemplary skills in being able to take on a challenge that no other ford dealer or technician could figure out. He also kept me updated on the process and made me feel like family. My $75,000 purchase would not be on the road today if it was not for Harold. You're the MAN!!! Thank You!!! Please don't ever buy a car from Phil Long Ford at Motor City. I bought a new Truck about a month ago based on the fact they can install a few accessories I needed to use the car. Really bad customer service. Went to buy a 2021 F350 Platinum. They let me walk out with $ with 87k that was wiling to pay cash. They are very fool and have no clue about business negotiations. I have never expressed any for of interest in this dealership. They continually call and harass me regardless.
