They also valued my trade way lower than any other dealership in town. They may be a no pressure dealership, but they still have the stubborn pricing and sole interest in gain, nickle and dime everything. I did a lot of research about phil long ford before I went in, and most was good, and on the dealerships website they have claims of helping out every situation, but obviously it wasn't true. I would not recommend phil long ford unless you feel like spending alot of money that isn't necessary. Thank you to Tom and Kyle who took the time and try to help me, you were very nice. But hopefully others will not go to this dealership. More
