Ordered a Ford Bronco in early 2021 through Phil Long. After the chip shortage and the MIC top fiasco (not Phil Long's fault), I finally received my new 2022 Bronco on April 5, 2022. The online ordering person (Dawa) kept me informed of the process with frequent calls and the actual purchase was smooth and easy with JB Burrows. I have to add that many Ford dealers are marking up Broncos that folks ordered way back, but Phil Long stuck to the price I ordered it at and honored the Ford price protection. Excellent experience all around. More

I was mislead and lied to. I have never traded in a car before. I don't know the process. I've also never bought a new car before. when we were doing the paper work I spe I have never traded in a car before. I don't know the process. I've also never bought a new car before. when we were doing the paper work I specifically asked what my trade in value would be used for. He said they would pay off my current loan. I asked what the remaining balance would be used for. He said I could use that to start making payment. that is no the case. they applied that to a down payment. If I wasn't mislead I would not have purchased the Bronco. I came in to get service on my Ford Escape 2013. I also never got my trailer hitch back. I suffer from PTSD and Social Anxiety Disorder. When I tried to back out he got defensive...I don't handle Confrontation well so I submitted. when I tried to return Bronco I was met by a very disrespectal manager who would not believe me. Most horrible experience ever. More

Took our car in for an issue with the sunroof. Had it fixed and then it stopped working within a few times of opening it. Took it back and was treated with so much attitude and rudeness. Basically they managed to close the sunroof and disconnect it. Practically threw the keys at us and did’t even explain what or how we could have it properly fixed. Absolutely the worst customer service. More
