I originally purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer, I went online and found a very low mileage 2014 Ford F-150 truck. I asked if I could swap vehicles. I was expecting there to be a problem and was surprised when I was told "We can do that all we need to do is change the paperwork to reflect the truck. Karrie Smith brought the truck to me and went over how to work all the bells and whistles in the truck. I am EXTREMELY excited and pleased with my purchase. Juan continued to send me updates and even sent a short video he recorded on his phone of a Ford Escape that he thought we would like! Just got back to Michigan and my son and I are both elated!
