2014 Focus- When I arrived at the service department, I felt welcomed - a big plus for the service department. Not choosing to stay, I took the shuttle home. Work not completed in a timely fashion/no notification I brought my vehicle into fast lane as was recommended by the main service person/ they were not able to compete what I needed done- electrical short I brought my vehicle into fast lane as was recommended by the main service person/ they were not able to compete what I needed done- electrical short in rear lights- vehicle then moved main service area and I was told it would be done by that evening. That evening I called to check and was told they would get to it 1st thing in the morning. When I called to check the next day at noon ( they never call you to update you on the progress) it was not yet looked at and I was upset as I was told the night before that it would be in the 1st thing in the morning. It did get in to a technician that afternoon and by 4:00pm i had to call again and was told it had not been diagnosed to a point where it could be fixed. I asked if he could get it done by closing at 6:00pm They indicated they would try but could not guarantee it. I indicated I needed to pick it up by noon the next day. When I arrived they indicated they had not done any further work ( 2 hours available the night before and 5 hours that morning- so 7 hours to continue to work on it. I picked it up after they had it for 2 1/2 days with the same problem with no diagnosis and no phone calls to keep me updated. I now need to bring it back in to have the problem fixed. More
Fuel pump replacement Car quit running and had to be towed to dealer. They diagnosed problem as a inoperative fuel pump, gave me a price for the repairs and once I okayed Car quit running and had to be towed to dealer. They diagnosed problem as a inoperative fuel pump, gave me a price for the repairs and once I okayed same had it repaired the following day. Cost was as quoted and car is now running fine. This was my first visit to this dealer, and I will go back for any repairs my car might need. More
Pleasantly Surprised! We recently purchased a new Ford F350 truck from Phil Long Ford and it was a great experience. We had done our homework and narrowed a list down to 5 We recently purchased a new Ford F350 truck from Phil Long Ford and it was a great experience. We had done our homework and narrowed a list down to 5-6 potential vehicles we were interested in at a couple of dealerships and asked for written quotes. Phil Long's was not the least expensive, but Radcliffe had committed they could/would beat any deal so we made an appointment with headed down to test drive them. They had the first truck (F250) ready when we arrived. We drove it and the F350, decided we wanted the bigger one and sat down to discuss. I was worried since we weren't comparing apples to apples (different options on the other trucks we looked at), and we were trading n a vehicle, that we might get the run around, but that was not the case. A small (and reasonable) amount of negotiation later, we were the proud owners of a new vehicle. Radcliffe introduced us to the service department (made us want to use their service group even though they are miles from our house), signed paperwork (no hard sell on the extras), and were on our way! They have been very accommodating on some after sale work we are having done as well. My only complaint is that I wish they were slightly closer to where we live!!!! More

After a visit to a dealer clos My experience with Phil Long Ford was absolutely wonderful. I had been looking for the right F 150 at the right price. After a visit to a dealer closer to me I called Raquel Nieto to see what she could do. I told her what I wanted, the color if it was in stock and the price of the truck. Ms. Nieto called back in 10 minutes with a firm " yes we can do that". I was on the road in 10 minutes to see what she had. When I arrived Ms. Nieto had a surprise for me. In addition to the 2018 that I asked about she had a 2017 that was loaded for the same price and would even throw in the bed liner that I would get with the 2018. A totally unexpected offer that was above and beyond what I asked for. Needless to say I am happily driving a Race Red 2017 F 150 with bells and whistles and to top it off Phil Long Ford offered me more for my 2013 trade in than the other dealer. WIN, WIN....
