Typical car dealership I called and told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I would pay. Was told by Ryan that they price match other dealers as ling as I have I called and told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I would pay. Was told by Ryan that they price match other dealers as ling as I have an official purchase agreement in writing. I had a purchase agreement but the dealer was farther away. I submitted extensive proof, lined up financing with my credit union. Filled out loan application and was approved. Arranged insurance coverage with my agent. After multiple texts, emails and phone calls and a whole lot of time, they defecated backwards. I very much dislike people who waste my time. Especially since I was diagnosed with metastatic stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma February 2018. More

Highly satisfied with new car purchase! I had, initially, met with a salesman named Nick Coles, and he let me take a Mustang GT out for a test drive. AMAZING! I told Nick that my wife and I I had, initially, met with a salesman named Nick Coles, and he let me take a Mustang GT out for a test drive. AMAZING! I told Nick that my wife and I had decided to wait a year before making a purchase. Without any pressure he gave me his card and asked me to look for him when I was ready to make a purchase. Fast forward a few weeks and the time for purchase came much earlier than I had originally anticipated. I found several internet offers and was contacted by Internet Salesperson Raquel Nieto. We set up an appointment, I test drove the specific car I had researched, and she gave me the best price from all the internet offers. Nick and Raquel even followed me home with my vehicle, as I had brought my other vehicle (I did not make a trade-in) to Phil Long Ford. Four days after driving the car, I had found a slight imperfection on the passenger side door panel, so Raquel had me come in as soon as I could. She had me pull the car up to the parts department where Dwayne Callaway immediately ordered me the new part at no cost. I've been highly satisfied with the entire experience and highly recommend this dealership! More
Disapointing Went in for an oil change at the Quick Lane for the third time. Each of the other times I stopped in was told it would be 2-2 2/1 hours. Ok great. It was 2 1/2 hours. I was supposed to get your 27 pt inspection. Don't know if I got it or not. Nothing on my paper work indicated that I did. Nothing on my brakes, battery, tires. Nothing on the little sticker you put in the window to remind me of the next oil change. Not what I was expecting compared to other visits. More

I came in for Coolant to be checked because alarm kept going off on car. It's still going off, 4 days later, even though I was assured this was fixed. This has happened in the past when the oil change alarm kept going off and the oil got changed, but the alarm kept going off later. More

When I dropped the car off there was a sign that advertised oil changes for $34.95. When I picked it up I was told there was an additional $5 for a "shop fee". Obviously not a large amount, but I think the sign was misleading. Several other services were recommended when I picked up the vehicle that I felt were unnecessary and the prices quoted were not competitive. I believe the quote for a tire rotation was $49.95. A local tire dealer did it for free. I was also disappointed that the car was not even vacuumed which is pretty standard service at other oil change establishments and two days after having my oil changed, my low tire pressure light came on and I discovered that all four tires were eight pounds under the recommended pressure. I doubt I'll have my car serviced by Phil Long again. More
