Still no car................... Kimberly Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. we Was told would probably take 2 days. Here we are on day 4, and i still have NO CAR, or any diagnosis yet. On top of that, my so called warranty.. well they fail to mention you have to pay the diagnostic fee. (Not a small fee)And if there is nothing wrong with the car, you still have to pay that charge. I had my car looked at my another service shop before bringing it to Phil Long Service. In my honest opinion,, i know what is wrong and am just going to see if they state the same thing. Should of stayed at my trusted mechanic. However i have a warranty.. But who knows if Ford will cover it anyway as i was told. We diagnosis it, and then we see if its a covered item. Oh come on. I have the book. They also wanted an extra diagnosis fee just to look at my passenger seat sensor. (Same story.. may or may not be covered.. could be any number of things.. we will charge you a fee to look at it) Unreal.. And still i wait for a referral check for sending someone else to buy a car there. Frustrated on so many levels. More

THE very best dealership experience I’ve ever been through. Contacted a sales representative indicating I was interested in a new vehicle. I was sent photos and descriptions of several vehicles. Upon arriv Contacted a sales representative indicating I was interested in a new vehicle. I was sent photos and descriptions of several vehicles. Upon arrival I was greeted by the appraiser who introduced me to the sales rep. My trade-in vehicle was appraised at more than I anticipated and the price of the new vehicle was an offer I just couldn’t refuse. While processing my loan application with the loan officer my new vehicle was detailed and fueled, ready for me to drive off the lot. By far, the best dealership I’ve ever encountered in my almost 70 years. This may be the last vehicle I’ll ever purchase new, but if not, I’ll be back. More
expensive, too much time, didn't even fix I took it in for my "free' oil change that they offered when I bought the truck. Truck still under warranty . I also needed them to fix the hood whic I took it in for my "free' oil change that they offered when I bought the truck. Truck still under warranty . I also needed them to fix the hood which wasn't popping open, rotate the tires, and most importantly fix the computer screen system that is super super slow and obviously something very wrong with it because even the loner truck they had given me(which was nice) had a very fast working well computer and screen. Well, computer didn't get fixed at all, but they said they fixed it. The tire rotation ended up costing a $150 or so because I had some nuts that were too swollen(because of weather they said) for their wrench to get them off so they had to order me new nuts. Which, having driven an F-150 in Colorado for 15 years, I had never had that happen, or ever heard of that ever happening before to anyone. I felt like I was getting ripped off. Anyways, log story short, they had my truck for a week to do those 3 things, charged me $338, and the computer still takes 5 minutes for me to adjust the climate or put some music on sometimes. But, they were nice people, and the loner truck was nice. But I won't be going back. Thanks Dan More

We were treated with respect, listened to with every question, and were able to receive a premium vehicle at a competitive price. There was no hard sell on "extras" etc., which is almost standard in other dealerships. Every person from start to finish provided excellent customer service. Not only will we be purchasing future Ford products from Phil Long, we will be bringing all our vehicles there for service. More

I ordered a new Ranger with specific options and I got a vehicle exactly how I wanted it. Riley Tripp was very familiar with the new Ranger after attending a Ford class on the vehicle and Juan Montoya was very helpful in getting me familiar with all the features and electronic items the Ranger has. Patrick Cronkhite was very good at explaining finance procedures and other options available and got the paperwork done in a timely fashion.
