The other three: One was awful (tried to buy 2 extended warranties) via their phone prompts. Received an email and a phone call yelling it wasn’t his dept? Another’s service was ok because it was close. They offered free car washes with my purchase and the now service manager was passive aggressive : trying to make me feel guilty for bringing my car in once a month. Phil long seems to bend over Backwards. I’ve had nothing but great experiences. My wife also purchased her car here. Steve is a smart service manager. It’s the little things that are remembered.
