The lady service associate that greeted and assisted us was very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of their courtesy driver service which took us to a local mall while our F-150 was being serviced (very pleasant and prompt driver). Our only complaint is that we had difficulty finding their "express service department" as it is in a different location from their "repair department". There are no signs indicating such and we waited in a long incorrect location (line) until we found out otherwise. More
